Length 4-4.5 mm

Description Small pale brown Shieldbug of grassland with paler margins to the pronotum and abdomen, and a central pale stripe running down the mid line on the pronotum and scutellum It has a short head is which is flattened to the front.

Life Cycle Nymphs feed on meadow grass (Poa sp); the new generation of adults is complete by August.

Habitat Grasslands across southern and central England.
