Description

Perennial of damp meadows, mostly on base-rich soils. Widespread and locally common except in S England. Basal leaves pinnate but stem leaves trifoliate. Bell-shaped, flowers comprise dark red sepals and pink petals; they appear May to September. Height up to 50cm
